Step 1 — Scan Your Doc

Open any Google Doc and launch Resize All Images from the add-on menu. Click Scan Images, and the add-on checks the current document for images. It shows a summary of how many images were found, including inline and positioned images, then creates an organized sidebar list so you can manage them more easily.

The scan only works with the document you currently have open. It does not search your Drive, open other files, or access documents outside the active Google Doc.

Step 2 — Resize in Bulk

After scanning, you can resize all detected images at once. Use quick size presets like Small, Medium, or Large, or enter a custom width or height. The add-on can keep the image proportions locked so your images do not become stretched or distorted.

This is useful when a document has many images that need to look consistent, such as student handouts, lesson materials, reports, newsletters, manuals, ebooks, or image-heavy templates.

Step 3 — Organize & Protect

Lifetime Pro adds tools for organizing images directly from the sidebar. You can give images custom names, identify selected images, locate images inside the document, and lock images you do not want changed during future bulk actions.
