Easy Workspace Tools is a product brand operated by Cosmic Publications, LLC (“Easy Workspace Tools,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting our website, installing or using one of our products, purchasing a plan, or requesting a custom service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website, products, or services.

2. Our Services

3. Eligibility

4. Google Workspace Permissions

Some products require access to Google Workspace services to function properly.

Depending on the product, you may be asked to approve permissions that allow the product to read, edit, create, save, or send information at your direction.

The specific permissions requested by a product are displayed during Google’s authorization process.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving only the permissions you are comfortable granting.

You may revoke permissions through your Google account settings. Revoking permissions may prevent a product from functioning properly.

5. Your Account and Information

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account

• Providing accurate information

• Reviewing information before sending, saving, or publishing it

• Confirming that email addresses, invoice details, spreadsheet data, document content, and other information are correct

• Ensuring that your use of our products complies with applicable laws and your organization’s policies

You are responsible for all actions taken through your account.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the documents, spreadsheets, files, text, invoice information, email addresses, and other content that you provide or process through our products (“User Content”).

You grant us only the limited rights necessary to provide, support, secure, and improve the services you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use, process, store, or send User Content through our services.

You must not use our products to process or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful.

7. Free Plans and Usage Limits

Some products may offer a free plan, free trial, introductory allowance, or limited number of uses.

Free plans may include limits on features, usage, storage, outputs, document actions, or other functionality.

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue free plans at any time.

Free-plan limits and product features may vary by product and may be described on the applicable product page or inside the product interface.

8. Paid Plans

Some products may offer paid plans, including monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, one-time purchases, lifetime-access purchases, or other pricing options.

Pricing, included features, usage limits, and billing frequency will be disclosed before purchase.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.

You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges that apply to your purchase.

9. Subscription Renewals

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Depending on the plan, the billing cycle may be monthly, annual, or another period disclosed at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.

10. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a subscription at any time.

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

You will continue to have access to the paid features included in your plan until that billing cycle ends.

After the billing cycle ends:

• Your subscription will not renew

• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle

• Your account may return to the applicable free plan or lose access to paid features

• Any usage limits associated with the free plan may apply

Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete files, folders, documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, templates, saved versions, or other items previously created in your Google account.

To request cancellation, use any cancellation method made available through the applicable product page, billing portal, or account interface. You may also contact:

Include the email address used for the purchase and the name of the applicable product.

11. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Include:

• The email address used for the purchase

• The product name

• The purchase date

• A brief explanation of the request

Refund requests submitted more than 7 calendar days after the purchase date are generally not eligible for a refund.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing cycles.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing cycle.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when approved.

Processing times may depend on the payment processor or financial institution.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

12. Lifetime-Access Purchases

Some products may offer a one-time lifetime-access option.

Unless stated otherwise on the applicable product page, “lifetime access” means access to the purchased product for as long as that product is actively offered and supported by Easy Workspace Tools.

Lifetime access does not necessarily include:

• Every future product

• Unrelated products

• Custom development work

• New premium features offered as separate products or plans

• Third-party services

• Features that require separate usage-based costs

• Features discontinued because of technical, legal, security, or platform-related changes

We may modify or discontinue a product if necessary due to platform changes, legal requirements, security concerns, third-party restrictions, or other reasonable business reasons.

13. Custom Automation Projects

Custom automation projects may require a separate written agreement, proposal, invoice, statement of work, or project-specific terms.

Custom-project pricing, payment schedules, deliverables, revision limits, timelines, support terms, and maintenance terms will be described separately when applicable.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Project timelines are estimates

• Changes outside the original project scope may require additional fees

• Ongoing maintenance is not automatically included

• Third-party platform changes may require future updates

• You are responsible for testing and approving the final solution before relying on it for business-critical operations

14. Third-Party Services

Our products may work with third-party services, including Google Workspace services, payment processors, hosting providers, email services, and other platforms.

Your use of third-party services is also subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for:

• Service outages

• Platform changes

• Permission changes

• API limitations

• Account restrictions

• Third-party pricing changes

• Delayed email delivery

• Spam filtering

• Failed email delivery

• File-access issues caused by third-party settings

• Changes made by Google or other platform providers

15. Email and Invoice Responsibility

Some products may allow you to create, save, or send invoices, emails, PDFs, or other business documents.

You are responsible for reviewing all information before sending or saving it.

This includes checking:

• Recipient email addresses

• Client names

• Invoice numbers

• Prices

• Quantities

• Tax rates

• Discounts

• Payment terms

• Business information

• Attachments

• Generated files

We do not guarantee that an email will be delivered, opened, read, or acted upon.

You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate business records and verifying important communications.

16. Acceptable Use

You may not use our website, products, or services to:

• Violate any law or regulation

• Commit fraud

• Send spam or unsolicited messages

• Distribute malware or harmful code

• Access information without authorization

• Interfere with another user’s account

17. Intellectual Property

Easy Workspace Tools, Cosmic Publications, LLC, and their licensors retain all rights in the website, branding, product interfaces, software, code, documentation, designs, logos, and related materials.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use our products according to the applicable plan and these Terms.

18. Product Changes and Availability

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, products, pricing, usage limits, or services.

We may make changes because of:

• Technical limitations

21. No Professional Advice

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• A product will always be available

• A product will be error-free

• A product will meet every business need

• Every file, message, invoice, or output will be accurate

• Third-party services will continue to operate in the same way

• Errors will always be corrected immediately

You are responsible for reviewing outputs and maintaining appropriate backups.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Workspace Tools and Cosmic Publications, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

• Lost revenue

• Lost data

• Missed deadlines

• Failed email delivery

• Incorrect invoices

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

24. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Workspace Tools, Cosmic Publications, LLC, and their representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

25. Suspension and Termination
