Easy Workspace Tools provides support for our Google Workspace add-ons and automation tools.

2. Quick Troubleshooting

If an add-on is not appearing or a feature is not working:

1. Refresh the Google Docs or Google Sheets page.

2. Check the Extensions menu.

3. Make sure you are signed into the correct Google account.

4. Close and reopen the add-on.

5. Confirm that you approved the required Google permissions.

If the issue continues, contact support and include a screenshot if possible.

3. Paid Access Not Showing

If you purchased a paid plan but still see the free plan:

1. Refresh the add-on.

2. Use the Refresh Plan option if available.

3. Enter the same email address used during checkout if the product includes purchase-email verification.

4. Contact support if access does not update.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time.

Your paid access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

5. Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing cycles.
